NOTE: The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 30 photos per athlete. After entering the number, the package becomes personal and non-transferable. If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files you must contact contato@epicfotos.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event in order for your request to be reprocessed

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event by emailing contato@epicfotos.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period. If you don't have a minimum quantity of 30 photos offered, you can request a refund within 30 days after the event through vendas@epicfotos.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period. There will be no refund if you do not participate in the 4 stages and do not reach the number of photos. The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days after the request using the payment method used in the order.
