NOTE: The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete. If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, you must contact contato@epicfotos.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below) within 7 days after the event so that your request can be reprocessed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 5 days before the event by emailing contato@epicfotos.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period, except as described below.

If you don't have a minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you can request a refund within 10 days after the event through contato@epicfotos.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period

The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days after the request using the payment method used in the order.
