The photos will be automatically included in your order after facial or numerical identification. Access can be made through the site or application. The link for your order and for downloading the photos will be forwarded to the email used for the purchase

After completing the payment, enter your order (link sent to the email used for the purchase) and perform facial identification by sending a photo of your face. Facial recognition is not 100% accurate and other people's photos may be included with your order. To delete them, please contact us. To include photos not identified by the system, you will need to send us the photo codes (located at the bottom) and the order number. The package has a fixed price - regardless of the number of photos - the deletion or inclusion does not change the final price. The package is exclusive of photos. The videos are not included and must be purchased separately.

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event through the e-mail vendas@epicfotos.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period. If you don't have a minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you can request a refund within 30 days after the event through vendas@epicfotos.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period
