Epic Photos will use its best efforts to register as many attendees as possible during the event. However, due to the nature of sports photography, it does not guarantee the capture of images of all athletes or participants. The absence or reduced quantity of photographs may occur as a result of factors such as obstruction of vision by third parties, concentration of athletes, weather conditions, characteristics of the course, operational limitations, inevitable technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond the team's control. Thus, the participant declares to be aware that photographic coverage constitutes an obligation as a means, and not as a result, and no compensation, reimbursement or compensation is due to the absence or insufficiency of images available for purchase, except in cases of proven intent or serious guilt. After completing the payment, enter your order (link sent to the email used for the purchase) and perform facial identification by sending a photo of your face. Facial recognition is not 100% accurate and photos of others may be included with your order. To delete them, please contact us. To include photos not identified by the system, you will need to send us the photo codes (located at the bottom) and the order number. The package has a fixed price - regardless of the number of photos - the deletion or inclusion does not change the final price. The package is exclusive of photos. The videos are not included and must be purchased separately.
