Download your photos directly through the app or by clicking on the link sent in your registered email. Some photos will be delivered at the end of each day, and all photos will be delivered the day after the end of the event, in high resolution digital format

NOTE: The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete.

The package is personal and non-transferable.

If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files you must contact vendas@epicfotos.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event in order for your request to be reprocessed.

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event through the e-mail vendas@epicfotos.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period. If you don't have a minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you can request a refund within 30 days after the event through vendas@epicfotos.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period. The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days after the request using the payment method used in the order.
