The photos will be automatically included in your order after facial or numerical identification. Access can be made through the site or application. The photos are delivered in high resolution directly with your order. You can access it through the app, by logging in to the site or by clicking on the link sent to the email used for the purchase

After completing the payment, enter your order (link sent to the email used for the purchase) and perform facial identification by sending a photo of your face. Facial recognition is not 100% accurate and other people's photos may be included with your order. To delete them, please contact us. The package has a fixed price - regardless of the number of photos - deleting it does not change the price of the photo package. The package is exclusive of photos. The videos are not included and must be purchased separately and separately.

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event through the e-mail vendas@epicfotos.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period. If you don't have a minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you can request a refund within 7 days after the event through vendas@epicfotos.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period
