The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete.

After entering the breast or bike number or the selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable and can only be changed before the race.

If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, you must contact sac@fotop.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event in order for your request to be reprocessed.

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days before the event via email vendas@epicfotos.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period. If the payment was made on the credit card, the chargeback will follow the rules of your operator. About facial recognition: - The photos are automatically identified by the system by comparing an image sent by you and some errors may occur due to the similarity between people. - There is no maximum limit.
